Who we are

Innocept Development and Real Estate Outsourcing is a full-service boutique Real Estate Development & Tenant Representation firm with offices in Calgary and Kelowna. Founded in 1991, Innocept has developed over 875,000 square feet of real estate to date throughout Canada and the United States totalling $255,650,000.

 

Innocept has been active in Kelowna since 2015 having completed The Stockwell Downtown condominium project in 2017 and the St. Paul project in 2019. Our third project Cawston sold out in August 2021 and is projected for completion in late 2022.

 

Our development group is focused on developing projects that achieve our targeted financial returns and creating spaces that are sustainable, community oriented, and ultimately enhance the quality of life of our end-users. “We focus on building projects that we ourselves would want to live in.
